Laced

Laced refers to an ornamental, delicate fabric made by interlacing thread in an open pattern. Lace can be either knit or woven, with knit lace having more stretch than woven lace. Traditionally, lace is made by hand using linen or silk threads, but machine-made lace is now common and can be made of cotton or synthetic fibers.
