Resilient Flooring

Resilient flooring refers to a category of materials with a non-textile wear layer that are characterized by their elasticity and ability to recover from compressive stress. According to the Resilient Floor Covering Institute, flooring materials that fall into this category include vinyl sheet, vinyl composition tile (VCT), luxury vinyl tile (LVT), rigid core vinyl, linoleum, rubber, cork, asphalt, and polymeric poured floors.
